1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Photovocab mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations.

2. Description of Service

Photovocab is an AI-powered vocabulary learning application that helps users learn languages visually. The Service includes features such as photo capture, AI object recognition and segmentation, multi-language translation, vocabulary saving, flashcard games, spelling challenges, and offline learning capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using email, Google, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

4. User Conduct and Content

You are responsible for the images and content that you upload to the Service. You agree not to upload content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
• Contains software viruses or any other harmful computer code

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. License to Use the Service

Photovocab grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Photovocab does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Photovocab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
